Lovers Lane, built in the 60’s was loaded with cheap paneling, zero curb appeal, and major layout problems. By moving the utility and kitchen, the new half bath was born in the old utility room on the main level. The original small kitchen became the dining area. And with a tear-out of a major wall, what was the huge formal dining room became a fabulous kitchen with an island that opens into the den. r3homes was going for a mid-century modern feel, and we think we hit the mark!
