The Wilson Family Farm House

This home was built in 1885 by the founders of Wilson Park. This home was totally remodeled from top to bottom, and includes a new kitchen, new bathrooms, all new plumbing and electrical, new HVAC, and new insulation. As part of the project, the foundation was updated, the hardwood floors were restored, and many new details were incorporated, like reclaimed shiplap and shelving.

The home now lives much bigger since the ceilings were raised, and the hallways were removed to eliminate wasted space. It’s one of the oldest structures in Fayetteville, with so much history.
