Sylvia Schlegel has been renovating and restoring old homes for over 25 years. She started by buying, remodeling, and living in her own old homes, selling them and moving on to her next project. In 2009, she and her husband Ben bought and moved into their current home, a 1955 traditional ranch-style home near the University of Arkansas campus. She has remodeled it into a mid-century modern-style home they can live in forever. Sylvia’s creative juices need to be constantly fed, so rather than moving again, in 2013, she received her State of Arkansas, Unlimited Remodeling Contractors license. She has been helping others make their dream homes a reality ever since!
